The past weekend (April 2/3) brought heavy rains and strong winds to the Tristate region - nevertheless Evelyn and Lise went out to battle the elements and their competition. The early season results are very promising:

On Saturday, Evelyn placed 4th out of the field of 29 Cat 4 women in the closely contested the Sandy Hook Individual Time Trial.

On Sunday, Lise and Evelyn raced the Branchbrook Park Criterium in Newark, NJ. Displaying their early season strength, they set the pace for most of the race, contested attacks and sprinted for the finish. Evelyn placed 4th and Lise placed 5th down the finish stretch.
